At Fun Marriage Workshop, our mission is to help couples experience the joy, strength, and wholeness that God designed for marriage and family. Since 2018, our focus has remained the same: marriage still matters. We believe strong families are built on healthy, thriving marriages, and we are dedicated to equipping couples with biblical truth, practical tools, and encouraging community. Whether building a new foundation or rebuilding after challenges, our passion is to see every marriage restored, renewed, and flourishing.

OUR MISSION

COLEGROVES

The Colegrove’s have been married since 1986, with a wealth of experience as communicators and presenters.

Greg has been a youth pastor, Sr. Pastor and a Missionary, while Rachelle has been a teacher, principal and is currently a marriage and family therapist who works primarily with married couples.

Together, Rachelle and Greg have presented nearly 200 weekend retreats for Focus on the Family and the Fun Marriage Workshop. In their spare time they love adventure-kayaking, hiking, golfing, rock climbing and DIY home projects.

Tates

Andy is the Clinical Coordinator of Crisis Services at Burrell Behavioral Health, has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and a PhD. in Pastoral Counseling. He loves the Kansas City Chiefs and spending time with family.

Laura is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has her own practice where she specializes in trauma therapy. (Laura Tate Counseling) and is an independent contractor at Focus on the Family/Hope Restored. She loves gardening, hiking, cooking, and spending time with family.

acords

Rick is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Coach with over 30 years of ministry experience. He serves as a national speaker and Marriage Intensive Therapist with Focus on the Family and co-leads Acord Coaching & Counseling with his wife, Jenny.

Jenny is a Licensed Professional Counselor pursuing her doctorate in Strategic Leadership Coaching. She’s passionate about helping couples laugh, connect, and find renewed purpose in marriage.

Rick and Jenny have been married since 1991 and love spending time with their three children and grandchildren.
